Robert Livesay – Maribyrnong
With six generations having lived in and around the Maribyrnong electoral district, Rob Livesay knows the people, the place and their needs.
“I was raised in Essendon, and attended Aberfeldie Primary and Essendon State High Schools. I have three children, Mary, 21, Paul,19 and Mark,17 all of whom attended local State schools, and a grandson, Brandon, 2.”

Hayden Ostrom Brown – La Trobe
Hayden Ostrom Brown, the Australian Democrats endorsed candidate for La Trobe in the 2013 federal election, has lived in the electorate for all of his 19 years.
Hayden Ostrom Brown says he feels that he knows the area very well: “I attended St. Catherine’s primary school in Berwick and went to high school at St. Francis Xavier College in Beaconsfield. I am currently at the University of Melbourne, majoring in politics.” Visit Hayden’s blog.

Availability of water, and increased funding of education and training of young Australians are issues that Beechworth scientist and Australian Democrats candidate for Indi, Mark Carey, wants on the political agenda.

David Collyer – Higgins
David Collyer was senior adviser to former senator and party leader Lyn Allison. Earlier, he held key public affairs roles at the Metropolitan Ambulance Service and at Kodak Australasia. He is a graduate of Melbourne’s film and television school, then at Swinburne and now at the VCA. He is the father of two and lives in Kew East.
